| I love the VP2 concept! 5/23/03
The menu is impeccable; VP2 has been my favorite restaurant for the past six years. However, sometime last year I ordered one of my favorite dishes---Salmon---and was disappointed to find it a bit dry with hardly any oil on the vegetables, it was the first time I ever had to return a dish at my favorite spot. Unfortunately the same meal was returned with a very poor effort to "dress" it up. I returned a second time and odered the same dish with a similar disappointment only this time I ate the meal and haven't returned since.
The managers of VP2 would benefit greatly if they emphasize the importance of maintaining high standards of food consistency in both quality and presentation. |
